Alpha

Moves first so others can move at all.

The core

Born to lead. Cannot function under someone else's authority for extended periods without health and performance degrading. The room shifts when they walk in — not through performance but through structural presence. Operates from an internal sense of sovereignty that does not require external validation to function but requires external autonomy to remain healthy.

Quadrant context

Force archetypes operate from inside out — power comes from internal capacity rather than the room's permission.

When it works

Decisive without requiring consensus. Moves first. Sets direction others follow not from authority but from clarity. Creates order in environments that had none.

When it breaks

When subordinated or blocked, the leadership instinct that produces clarity in good conditions produces aggression, rigidity, or deliberate isolation in bad ones. Ego management is the central life work.

What it needs to operate

Autonomy. Clear personal ownership. Forward movement without permission required.

Without this: Becomes aggressive or withdrawn. Cannot maintain output in approval-dependent environments. Health declines under sustained subordination.

Strength and lesson

The strength isinitiative that does not require ideal conditions. The lesson is that starts without completions eventually consume the energy that generated them.
