Terms of use for MindType

These terms govern access to MindType through mindtype.io, including the web app, billing flows, and related product pages.

Use of the service

You may use MindType only for lawful business or personal workflows and only where you have a valid basis to process the underlying personal data. You are responsible for the data you submit and the decisions you make using the output.

No professional advice

MindType provides behavioral intelligence outputs for operational use. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, employment-law, or legal advice, and it must not be used as the sole basis for regulated decisions.

Accounts, billing, and access

Paid features, subscriptions, and credit purchases are governed by the prices and plan terms presented at checkout. You are responsible for maintaining account security and for any activity performed under your account credentials.

API and platform boundaries

Where MindType is used alongside separate API integrations or customer systems, each service may operate under its own infrastructure, access controls, and deployment environment. Customers remain responsible for their own compliance posture.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or improve parts of the product as the platform evolves. We aim for reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability in every environment or integration scenario.
