Pulse

Expands whatever they direct their attention toward.

The core

Everything they direct their attention toward expands. Commercial intelligence is structural — they find the opportunity in the conversation, the deal in the relationship, the growth in the system. Freedom is a physiological requirement, not a preference. Thinly emotional body — feels injustice and boundary violations acutely.

Quadrant context

Rise archetypes generate their value at the frontier of change. Completion and transformation are their native terrain.

When it works

The most consistently successful type in commerce and communication. Connects people, expands systems, finds the deal others missed. Outcomes follow their attention at a rate that stops looking like coincidence.

When it breaks

The freedom requirement becomes volatility. Spreads attention so thin that nothing gets completed. Resentment when treated in ways perceived as unfair. The commercial intelligence turns mercenary when the emotional body is not managed.

What it needs to operate

Variety and new inputs on a regular cycle. Routine without change is experienced as confinement.

Without this: Creates chaos to generate stimulation. Sabotages stable situations not from malice but from a structural inability to tolerate stillness.

Strength and lesson

The strength iscommercial intelligence — expands whatever they direct attention toward. The lesson is that the expansion drive prevents depth from forming before moving to the next thing.
