Radar

Reads what others haven't said yet.

The core

Reads what is not said. Detects the actual emotional state of a room before anyone has articulated it. The most diplomatically intelligent type — not because they try harder but because the sensitivity is structural. Builds partnerships through depth of understanding others cannot replicate.

Quadrant context

Bond archetypes elevate the systems they enter. Power is expressed through connection and relational intelligence.

When it works

Holds relationships together through genuine comprehension of what each person needs. The best advisor, negotiator, the person others call when a situation requires reading all sides simultaneously.

When it breaks

The sensitivity that reads the room also absorbs the room. In minus, other people's states become their own. Passive aggression replaces diplomacy. Dependency develops.

What it needs to operate

Quality relationships with real reciprocity. Emotional safety that is not performed.

Without this: Becomes anxious and over-accommodating. Loses their own position in the process of understanding everyone else's.

Strength and lesson

The strength isreading what is happening between people before anyone has said it. The lesson is that the same sensitivity that serves others so well also absorbs what is not theirs to carry.
