Standard commission is 30%. Partners who close $40,000 or more in monthly gross revenue within 30 days of signing earn 35%. Within 14 days: 37%. The faster you move, the more you earn.
How it works
Three steps to earning.
Step 1
Apply and get onboarded
Complete the partner application. Once approved, you receive your partner agreement, your unique referral link, onboarding materials, and access to demo reports you can use in prospect conversations.
Step 2
Make introductions
Introduce MindType to your network. Every partner conversation starts with a live decode on the prospect -- run it for them before the pitch. The report creates the conversation.
Step 3
Earn for the lifetime of the relationship
When your referred client signs up, attribution is locked to you for 18 months from introduction. You earn 30% of everything they spend -- every month, for as long as they are a client.
Commission structure

Standard (all partners): 30% of Net Revenue -- lifetime, on all referred clients
Performance tier 1: 35% of Net Revenue -- if you close $40K+ gross/month within 30 days of signing
Performance tier 2: 37% of Net Revenue -- if you close $40K+ gross/month within 14 days of signing
Net Revenue is gross revenue less infrastructure, AI computation, payment processing, and applicable tax costs -- approximately 10 to 20% of gross. Your commission is calculated on the net figure.
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 7 business days of month close via Wise, bank transfer, or PayPal. Minimum payout threshold: $100. No maximum.
