Core
Controls outcomes through depth of engagement.
Came to control outcomes and work for material results. Most materially-oriented type — reads money, power, and resource flows instinctively in a way other types simply do not. Sees where value can be captured before others notice the opportunity. The deep specialist — when they engage with a domain, they go further in than most people know the domain has depth.
Pulse
Expands whatever they direct their attention toward.
Everything they direct their attention toward expands. Commercial intelligence is structural — they find the opportunity in the conversation, the deal in the relationship, the growth in the system. Freedom is a physiological requirement, not a preference. Thinly emotional body — feels injustice and boundary violations acutely.
Titan
Enormous energy — disciplined or chaotic, no middle ground.
Enormous raw physical and mental energy. When disciplined, produces results others cannot replicate. When undisciplined, the same energy produces chaos, addictive patterns, and self-destruction. No middle ground. The discipline requirement is not optional — it is the operating system.
Ace
Multiplies success for themselves and the people around them.
Came to multiply success. Not by working harder or thinking deeper but by some structural quality that elevates the performance of every system they enter. Creates repeat wins for themselves and for the people around them. Wisdom and pleasure in equal proportion — most capable of enjoying the process while producing the result.
Spark
Generates ideas like breathing.
Generates ideas at a rate that surprises even themselves. The creative engine — not creative as personality trait but as biological requirement. Without ongoing creative output, a specific heaviness sets in that looks like depression but responds to physical movement and creative engagement rather than rest. Born to make new things.
Radar
Reads what others haven't said yet.
Reads what is not said. Detects the actual emotional state of a room before anyone has articulated it. The most diplomatically intelligent type — not because they try harder but because the sensitivity is structural. Builds partnerships through depth of understanding others cannot replicate.
Arrow
Finishes what others have walked away from.
Warrior who serves. The completion engine — finishes what others abandon, delivers on what others promised and forgot. The service drive is genuine and deep, not performed. The warrior energy is equally genuine — will fight for what is right with a force that surprises people who only saw the helpful surface. Most dangerous when the service is not acknowledged.
Oracle
Carries knowledge with unusual precision.
Carries knowledge that appears to come from somewhere beyond normal accumulation. Cold intelligence, analytical by default, calculates before acting. The person who has already run the numbers before anyone else has finished the sentence. Fundamentally a knowledge carrier — their purpose is to accumulate and transmit.
Alpha
Moves first so others can move at all.
Born to lead. Cannot function under someone else's authority for extended periods without health and performance degrading. The room shifts when they walk in — not through performance but through structural presence. Operates from an internal sense of sovereignty that does not require external validation to function but requires external autonomy to remain healthy.
